Please read this document carefully before using the 1700 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and the 1700 platform ("Company", "we"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services provided by 1700.
By browsing this website, registering an account, or using any feature on the platform, you confirm that:

Account Creation & User Responsibilities

Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or closed without prior notice. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party using your credentials.
1700 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your account information. Failure to provide the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
Platform Terms of Use
Users of the 1700 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means to access or interact with the platform.
- Transferring, selling, or granting account access to any third party for any reason.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, system manipulation, or promotion abuse.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activities.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
- Collecting or storing other users' personal data without their consent.
Any violation of the above rules will result in immediate action, including account suspension, balance freezing, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary. 1700 reserves the right to pursue any appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
Payment Information & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the 1700 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds come from legitimate sources and are their own.
Deposit
- Deposits can be made via the payment methods listed on the platform, including online banking (FPX), Boost, and Touch 'n Go.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each payment method.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same user's name.
- 1700 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for amounts exceeding certain thresholds.
- Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take up to 24 business hours.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if there are any signs of suspicious activity or if an investigation into the account is ongoing.
1700 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment processors. Any bank fees or currency conversion charges imposed by financial institutions are solely the user's responsibility.
Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1700 and its employees, directors, agents, or partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from:
- Use of or inability to use the platform.
- Technical disruptions, system errors, or cyberattacks beyond our reasonable control.
- Betting or gaming outcomes resulting from the user's own decisions.
- Unauthorised access to a user account resulting from the user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
1700 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure of identity verification, or instruction from relevant authorities. Balances in accounts closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1700 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and databases — is the exclusive property of 1700 or its licensors and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any of this content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The 1700 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to third-party websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1700 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically for any updates.
Continued use of the platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia, and both parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while the remaining terms will continue in full force and effect.
